Payment

· Paypal only.
· Payment is require after sending the first sketch.

Art & Artistic Right

· For personal-use only.
· Do not claim all work as your own. You own the artwork, but I, the artist, retain certain rights as artist credits.
· Do not edit my work without permission.
· Do not use my works and design for NFT or AI learning.
· Do not claim work's full credit as yours. The commissioner has ownership of the artwork. I, the artist, still retain certain rights as artist credits.
· I, the artist, have the right to repost on my social media, sites and portfolio the commissions.
· You can post your commissioned artwork as long as proper crediting is given including name (Chrome, or Chromyo) or linking to my social media.
· You will receive only a full resolution digital file of the commission.
No physical item will be shipped to your home address.
· For painting commissions, major changes are not allowed after I start the painting parts.

Disclaimer

· I, the artist, reserve the right to refund a commission at any time if I feel I am unable to complete the request.
· I, the artist, reserve the right to update or clarify any of these conditions at any time or as need be to better protect myself as the artist and you as the commissioner from misunderstanding or wrongful harm.
